## Accounts & Access

  <Accordion title="Who creates my account?">
    <ul>
      <li><strong>Org Admins</strong> are created by a <strong>Partner</strong> or <strong>Reseller</strong>.</li>
      <li><strong>Teachers/Students</strong> are created by the <strong>Org Admin</strong> (your school).</li>
    </ul>

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password—what do I do?">
    Use <strong>Forgot Password</strong> on the sign-in page. If you don’t receive an email, ask your Org Admin to reset it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can’t see my organization or classes.">
    You may not be assigned yet. Ask your Org Admin to add you to the correct org/class; then log out and back in.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I change my email?">
    Ask your Org Admin (or your Partner/Reseller if you’re an org admin). They can update user details in their console.

## LMS (Classes, Courses, Progress)

  <Accordion title="How do we create classes and add people?">
    Org Admins: go to <strong>Classes → Add Class</strong>, assign a teacher, pick modules/courses, then add students.

  <Accordion title="Can teachers add students to a class?">
    If enabled by your school, teachers can add students from the class <strong>Edit</strong> page. Otherwise, ask the Org Admin.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do we control lesson pacing?">
    Enable/disable chapters in the class <strong>Edit</strong> page (teachers or admins, depending on your school’s settings).
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A student finished a lesson but it didn’t “complete.”">
    Have them reopen the lesson and click <strong>Finish/Complete</strong>, then refresh. Teachers/Admins can verify progress on the class page.

  <Accordion title="Can we change course content?">
    You can choose which modules/chapters are active for each class. Course material itself is managed centrally.

## Tournaments

  <Accordion title="How do I create a team?">
    Team Captains: open the tournament area, <strong>Create Team</strong>, set the name/logo, and invite players.

  <Accordion title="How do we register for an event?">
    Open the event page and click <strong>Register Team</strong>. Ensure your roster meets event requirements.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Who reports scores?">
    Captains report scores on the match page and attach proof if requested. Tournament Admins verify and resolve disputes.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="A wrong score was reported—what now?">
    Contact a Tournament Admin immediately with evidence (screenshots, VOD). They will adjust results per the rules.

    Use the Partner console to create organizations and (optionally) appoint Resellers.

    Yes. Your Partner can convert an existing org to a Reseller or create a separate Reseller account and keep the original org for teaching.
